Returns for Independent Store Orders
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item, subject to the applicable return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable.

Prescription Eyewear
Due to the custom nature of prescription optics, order cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, prescription orders become final and cannot be modified or canceled.
However, if your eyewear arrives with any lens or hardware defects, rest assured, our team will promptly resolve the issue according to our warranty policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If a refund is approved after reviewing your request, we will process it through your original payment method. Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Crowdfunding (Kickstarter) Orders
Orders placed through our Kickstarter campaign are governed by Kickstarter's Terms of Service and the following crowdfunding-specific conditions.

During the campaign
 You may cancel or modify your pledge at any time before the campaign ends through your Kickstarter account. No funds are collected until the campaign ends successfully and the funding goal is met.
After the campaign ends
 If the campaign is successfully funded, your payment will be processed. If you need to request a refund after the campaign ends, please contact our customer support at support@vivifocal.com. Refund requests will be handled in accordance with Kickstarter's applicable procedures.
Product changes
 We may make minor adjustments to product specifications, design, or materials during production. Any significant changes that materially affect the product will be communicated to backers.
